There are two ways in which you can submit your readings both of which are easy and simple to use.

  • The serial number of your meter

What Do You Need to Do If You Are Changing Tenancy?

If you are moving out of a premise whose energy supplier is Dual, then you should notify them of your exit date in advance then submit your final meter read to them.

You have two options of contacting them-either via email cots@dual-energy.co.uk or telephone 01903 703400.

On the other hand, if you are moving into a premise whose supplier is Dual Energy then you will be required to give them the following:

  • An invoice from your supplier
  • A copy of your lease and business rates
  • Your current meter reading
